сембе сяка

This particle literally translates as "all the same." From сембе (sembe, “all”) and сяка (sjaka). The second part is apparently from the pronoun ся (sja, “that”) +‎ -ка (-ka, “too”), by itself, the definite form of this pronoun is used — сякось (sjakosʹ, “that same, that very same”).

     In the middle of the room, sitting on a chair, I looked all around in a weird feeling: as if this place was familiar to me. Had I been here before? No, I hadn't. And yet I know (~ recognize) this room, I had seen it in a dream, a terrible, crazy dream.
