thermokinesis (countable and uncountable, plural thermokineses)

  1. (fiction) The ability to manipulate the motion of molecules, slowing them down or speeding them up, thus changing temperature in the immediate vicinity with the power of one's mind. This is a wide spectrum ability than simply pryokinesis or cryokinesis.
