shrink-wrap license (plural shrink-wrap licenses)

  1. A contract printed on or in a package of a product, usually software, which the seller considers to have been accepted by the buyer once the package is opened or the product used.
  2. An analogous contract which an end user of a service is deemed by the provider to have accepted once the service is used.
