Etymology
A pluralized form of rangë, from Proto-Albanian *ranka 'gatherings', with -ull suffix, close to Lithuanian rankà (“hand”), paranká (“gathering”), renkù, riñkti (“to gather”), Proto-Slavic *rǫka 'hand'[1].
