hyoscyamus (countable and uncountable, plural hyoscyamuses or hyoscami)

  1. (botany) Any of the genus Hyoscamus of henbanes.
  2. (medicine) The leaves of the black henbane (Hyoscyamus niger), used in neuralgic and pectoral troubles.
