  1. A plumber's tool for soldering lead pipes.
  2. A tool used in making stained glass windows; a pair of groziers.
    • 1952, L. F. Salzman, Building in England, page 179:
      A hot iron rod, being drawn along the outline, produced a crack, which enabled the outlying portions of the glass to be broken off. The ragged edge so produced was then cleaned up with the grozing-iron.
