crore (plural crores)

  1. (India) Ten millions; 10,000,000. Often used with units of money.

Usage notes

There seems to be no standard way of abbreviating crore. The Indian press uses Cr, cr, Cr. and cr. with apparent indifference. Most often it is not abbreviated at all.
