1. A parent of one's son- or daughter-in-law, that is, a parent-in-law of one's son or daughter.

     the relation between co-parents-in-law focuses on the production of grandchildren […] the relation between co-parents-in-law as stabilized through shared grandchildren

• Rare in conversation, especially in the singular form, the generic "in-laws" is generally used, with context left to disambiguate. If grandchildren are born, the term co-grandparents may be used if the focus is on the relationship through the grandchildren rather than though the married couple.
