1. (Britain, New Zealand, Australia, slang, offensive) A gay man; a male homosexual (not necessarily one who practices anal sex).

• The term is usually considered derogatory, though some gay men have attempted to reclaim the term and use it jokingly.
• This term is not to be confused with the American English term ass bandit (“man who seduces young women”).
