Command key (plural Command keys)

  1. (computing) Primary meta/modifier key used in Apple Macintosh computer keyboards for executing keyboard shortcuts. Usually represented by the (Place of Interest Sign) and sometimes called the "Apple key" as the Apple logo is often on the key as well.
    • Press ⌘Q to Quit an application.
