Simon Philip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is a British A & R (artist and repertoire) executive for BMG Records. He is probably best known as a judge on the television programs The X-Factor and American Idol.

- I changed my diet and I’ve not looked back since. You feel better, you look better.
