Mark Randall Meadows (born July 28, 1959) who has been the United States House of Representatives for North Carolina's 11th congressional district since January 2013. He is a member of the Republican Party and chair of the Freedom Caucus. He is considered one of President Donald Trump's closest allies in United States Congress.
