Edward R. (Ted) Harrison (8 January 191929 January 2007) was a British astronomer and cosmologist, who spent much of his career at the University of Massachusetts and University of Arizona. He is noted for his work about the increase of fluctuations in the expanding universe, for his explanation of Olbers' Paradox, and for his books on cosmology for lay readers.
