Fabriek in Tallinn (Estland) waar tamelijk snelle racemachines gebouwd werden. Hierbij werd gebruikgemaakt van eencilinder-CZ- en tweecilinder-Rotax- en Yamahablokken. Vihur bouwde racers tot de val van de Berlijnse Muur en produceert sindsdien go-karts.

Vihur is een historisch merk van motorfietsen.
