The Inc. Records (vroeger bekend onder Murder Inc.) is een Amerikaans platenlabel, dat bekende R&B- en hiphop-artiesten onder contract heeft. Bij het platenlabel zijn onder meer Ashanti en Ja Rule aangesloten.
