Division One South & West is een van de twee tweede divisies van de Southern Football League, en maakt deel uit van het achtste niveau in de Engelse voetbalpiramide. De divisie is ook bekend onder de sponsornaam Evo-Stik League Division One South & West.

De divisie bestaat onder de huidige naam sinds het seizoen 2006/07. Eerder bestond een vergelijkbare divisie onder de namen Eastern Division, Southern Division en Division One South.
De kampioen van Division One South & West en de winnaar van de play-offs, die worden gespeeld tussen de nummers twee tot en met vijf op de eindranglijst, promoveren naar de Premier Division. De onderste twee clubs degraderen naar een competitie op het negende niveau. De indeling hiervan is afhankelijk van de geografische ligging van de betreffende clubs.
