Simon De Cuyper (Leuven, 30 oktober 1986) is een Belgisch triatleet. Hij nam eenmaal deel aan de Olympische Spelen, maar won hierbij geen medailles.

Topsportdefensie

Sinds november 2013 maakt Simon deel uit van het topsportproject van Defensie. Met het statuut van soldaat en de hoedanigheid van topsporter is het voor Simon mogelijk om zich voltijds op zijn sport te concentreren en toe te werken naar topprestaties op de Olympische Spelen in Rio De Janeiro (2016) en Tokio (2020).
