Na zijn spelerscarrière is hij coach van verschillende Nederlandse en Belgische clubs, zoals Bevo HC[1], Handbal Volendam[2], OLSE Merksem[3].

Privé

Zijn zoon, Bartosz Konitz, speelt handbal op hoog niveau.[4]
