Newworldson is een Canadese Christian pop/soul band. De band komt uit St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada en bracht hun eerste album, Roots Revolution, uit in 2006.[1] De muziekstijl is elektrisch, maar principieel ook soul music. De band is ondergebracht bij het label Inpop Records en heeft rondgetoerd met de Newsboys.[2] De band heeft getoerd door Noord-Amerika, Europa en Australië en Nieuw-Zeeland.

Newworldson's Salvation Station is geselecteerd als een van de 20 beste albums in Amerika in 2008 door Cross Rhythms,[3] Nu staat het album 'Salvation Station' nog op de derde plek van de Christiannity Today. Het derde album van de band is getiteld 'Newworldson' gelijknamig aan de band.[4] De single 'There is a Way' heeft het tot nummer 2 in de Billboards gehaald op 20 maart 2010.[5]

Newworldson trad in 2009 en 2010 op op het Xnoizz Flevo Festival. Het jaar daarop op de EO Jongerendag. In 2012 traden ze ook op bij Festival 316 in Ureterp
