Michele Scotto D'Abusco (Ischia, 5 maart 1983) is een voormalig Italiaans wielrenner.
Hij werd al 2x door zijn werkgever ontslagen nadat hij een positieve dopingtest afleverde. Hij besloot daarom met wielrennen te stoppen.
