Manuele Blasi (Civitavecchia, 17 augustus 1980) is een voormalig profvoetballer uit Italië, die bij voorkeur als middenvelder speelde. Hij kwam onder meer uit voor AS Roma, US Lecce, ACF Fiorentina en Napoli.
