Hopeless Records is een Amerikaanse onafhankelijk platenlabel afkomstig uit Los Angeles, Californië en is opgericht in 1993 door Louis Posen. Het label richt zich voornamelijk op punkrock, poppunk, post-hardcore, alternatieve rock, en in mindere mate heavy metal.
