Gabriella Pregnolato (Correggio, 30 mei 1971) is een voormalig professioneel wielrenster uit Italië. Ze vertegenwoordigde haar vaderland bij de Olympische Spelen in 1992 op de baan. Pregnolato is drievoudig Italiaans kampioene tijdrijden.
