De Belgische Supercup van het seizoen 2011/12 ging door op zondag 22 juli 2012 in het Constant Vanden Stockstadion. Landskampioen RSC Anderlecht nam het op tegen bekerwinnaar KSC Lokeren. Het werd 3-2 voor de thuisploeg.
