Barry Humphries

John Barry Humphries (Kew, Melbourne, 17 februari 1934) is een Australisch acteur, komiek en schrijver, vooral bekend vanwege zijn typetje Dame Edna.

In 1987 acteerde Humphries een dubbelrol in de film Les Patterson Saves the World. In 2009 was hij als verteller te horen in de animatiefilm Mary and Max. In 2012 speelde hij, door middel van CGI, de 'Goblin King' in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey van regisseur Peter Jackson.
