Apex (geleedpotige)

Met apex (Latijn voor punt) wordt in de entomologie de punt van de vleugel bedoeld. In de afbeelding is de apex aangegeven met een C. De term wordt naast vlinders ook gebruikt voor andere insecten en geleedpotigen.
