Aerokinese (van het Grieks αερο, wind en κίνησις, beweging) is in fantasyverhalen het vermogen van een personage om de snelheid en richting van luchtstromen zonder aanwijsbaar fysiek mechanisme te kunnen beïnvloeden.
De term komt alleen voor in fantasy en stripboeken.
