AC Sparta Praha is de vrouwenafdeling van voetbalclub Sparta Praag uit Praag, Tsjechië. De club werd opgericht in 1975. De club speelde vele malen in de Champions League, waarbij ze in 2005-06 de kwartfinale haalden.
