Zydus Wellness (founded as Carnation Nutra-Analogue Foods) is an Indian consumer goods company headquartered in Ahmedabad. Pharmaceutical company Cadila Healthcare is a majority stakeholder in the company.[3][4]

Zydus is a producer of nutrition and skincare products under brands such as EverYuth, Sugar Free, Nutralite and Actilife.[5] In 2019, Zydus acquired Kraft Heinz's subsidiary Heinz India for ₹4,595 crore (US$640 million), picking up the latter's consumer product brands including Complan, Glucon-D, Nycil and Sampriti Ghee.[6][7]
