Yevgeny Kungurtsev
Yevgeny Maksimovich Kungurtsev (Russian: Евге́ний Макси́мович Кунгу́рцев; 3 October 1921 – 11 May 2000) was a squadron commander in the 15th Guards Ground Attack Aviation Regiment during the Second World War who was twice awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union. He went on to become a Major-General of Aviation in 1964.[1]
