X-Wing Rogue Squadron #25: The Making of Baron Fel is the twenty-fifth issue of the Star Wars: X-wing Rogue Squadron comic book series. It was originally published by Dark Horse Comics on November 5, 1997, and was later collected in the Star Wars: X-Wing Rogue Squadron - Blood and Honor trade paperback and the June 2007 Omnibus: X-wing Rogue Squadron Volume 3 trade paperback. The story takes place approximately four years after the events in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope.

Summary
Baron Soontir Fel is captured by the Rebel Alliance after being shot down in the skies of Brentaal. During his interrogation he tells a tale of Imperial corruption and deception, and slowly executes a plan to defect to the very Alliance that shot him down.
