*Branden Aroyan was the only contestant to cross the Barsy Bot 3000, the Failboxes, and the Wipeout Pizza Kitchen. He also posted the fastest Qualifier time in Season 6.

**Greg crossed the Failboxes, although it wasn't shown.

***Johnny is the first contestant to come in 3rd in all the events.

**Ottis Pittman is the second contestant on Wipeout to be in the Guinness Book of World Records. He is number one in a zombie shooter game. ( Anastasia Desantis is the first. )

***Hugo crossed Tropic Blunder. Although it wasn't seen, Andrew and Matt both crossed Tropic Blunder as well.

• Kimberly Tercero was the first to cross It’s No Picnic.
• Dillon and Nikki Scott crossed Great Aunt Patty Cake.
• The "Shamily" is the first winning team without any males.
• Chase Cloward is the first to cross Octopushy without wiping out.
• 3:56.9 is the second fastest team qualifier in Wipeout history.

*Jimmy and Jessica both crossed Tropic Blunder. And while it wasn't seen, Brian Beckman & Jessica Lawson crossed the Cuckoo Clock.

**Mike and Sulley from Monsters University made appearances throughout the episode

***This is the second Boss and Employee episode to have an individual contestant collect the $50,000. (Season 5, Ep 11 was the first.)

**** Brian and Ben Beckman are the first family to compete on a non-Family team episode on Wipeout.

***** Eric Welch, Billy Minogue, and Ray Gonzalez became the second, third, and fourth to cross Throwtiserie on their first try. (Nate Wright was the first) Jesse Ruby crossed The Tongue Twister. Carlos Perez was the second contestant to cross Dark Side of the Moon on his first attempt. (John Pineda was the first)

*John was the first person this season to cross the Big Balls. He also earned $500 for tagging Smallsy while doing so. And although it wasn't seen, Jason also tagged Smallsy and earned $500.

**Richard posted the second slowest known Qualifier time in a regular episode.

***Sabrina Taylor crossed the Tongue Twister, although it wasn't shown.

****John Mahoney crossed Dark Side of the Moon & Twisted Falls on his first attempt. Later, Kyle Botsch crossed Dark Side of the Moon on his first attempt.

• This is also Wipeout's 100th episode.

*Today was a season record of smallsy, 4. Jeff, Cinnamon, and 2 unmentioned exes earned 500 dollars for tagging Smallsy.

• The Bachelorette's Chris Harrison visited the qualifier to try to find bachelors, as well as trying to convince Jill to appear on the show, and even ran the qualifier to close out the round and get her to agree. Unfortunately, Jill still refused.

**Although it wasn't shown, Marc crossed the Turbo Snail Fail.

Title reference: This is the show's first competition between ex-lovers. It spoofs the ESPN sporting event X Games.

• Bret Fraser tagged Smallsy and earned 500 dollars for him and his partner Jessica. Unfortunately, they failed to advance.
  • Dustin Schmidt & Sally Kellogg became the 6th couple to were one round away from winning in every round (Stephen Netter & Robin Burton, Gary & Larry Lane, Brenda & Matthew Crump, Lauren Bell & Mark Luzan and Vision & Gentle Winter were the others).

• Thomas Martin and Dustin Schmidt were the first 2 to clear the Space Pod of Doom on their first attempt.

• Sally Kellogg was the second to cross the Bounder Pounder on her first attempt. (Brandon Aroyan was the first)

*Alvin collected 500 dollars for tagging Smallsy. **Amanda Hayes was the only contestant to cross the Wipeout Marina. ***Anthony was the only one to cross the Wipeout Farmhouse. ****Although it wasn't shown, Jim Klimek crossed Tropic Blunder. *****Chris Weaver quickly crossed the Miami Pound Machine first and claimed the first spot in the next round.

******Taylor Dixon was the third to cross Twisted Falls on his first try. (John Pineda and John Mahoney were the first and fourth)

*****Shelley Keller cleared the Space Pod of Doom and the Bounder Pounder on her first attempt. Later, Jermey Roemer cleared the Space Pod of Doom on his first attempt.

*Jamie Earned $500 for Tagging Smallsy. Jamie was hit so hard on the last 2 obstacles of the qualifier, she almost withdrew before Octopushy, but didn't.

**Dillan Porter crossed the Trippity Skippity Flippity Doo.

***Although it wasn’t shown, Joshua Olsen crossed the Failboxes.

****Joshua Olsen cleared the Space Pod of Doom and the Bounder Pounder on his first attempt.

*****Dillan Porter was the first to cross Blockbuster on his first attempt. He also won by 7 seconds.

• Wendy Knapp was the only person to get 2nd on the Miami Pound Machine and fail to make the Wipeout Zone.
• This was the 4th and final all female Wipeout Zone. (The rest being S02 E02, Ladies Night S03 E15 and S05 E17)
• Annie Wilson was the fifth to cross Dark Side of the Moon on her first attempt. (John Pineda, Carlos Perez, John Mahoney, and Kyle Botsch were the first, second, third, and fourth)
• Kaci McCorkell was the fourth to cross Twisted Falls on her first attempt. (John Pineda, John Mahoney, and Taylor Dixon were the first, second, and third)

*Jovan Brooks crossed the Wipeout Sushi Bar.

**Rory Lamb was the sixth to clear the Space Pod of Doom on his first attempt. (Thomas Martin, Dustin Schmidt, Shelley Keller, Jeremy Roemer, and Joshua Olsen were the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth) Later, he became the 5th and final contestant to win the 1st 3 rounds, but lose the Wipeout Zone. (Bill Millsap, Brandon Kong, Marc Bauer and Jillian Brockman were the others) However, he came close to finishing, but fell off the finish platform.

*The Foodies became the final people of the season to earn 500 dollars for tagging Smallsy. A couple other teams tagged Smallsy, but they failed to advance. **The Foodies also earned 5000 dollars for making it the farthest in the Big Ball Bonanza. ***Spencer & Allison Quit before Wipeout City but no one replaced them, a first.

Andrew Landstedt was the sixth to cross Throwtiserie on his first try. (Nate Wright, Eric Welch, Billy Minogue, Ray Gonzalez, and Jim Klimek were the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth)

• Although it wasn’t shown, Jane Kim crossed the Medieval Castle.
• David Tamayo and Joshua Lee were the seventh and eighth to clear the Space Pod of Doom on their first attempt. (Thomas Martin, Dustin Schmidt, Shelley Keller, Jeremy Roemer, Joshua Olsen, and Rory Lamb were the others)
• Joshua Lee was the second to cross Blockbuster on his first attempt. (Dillan Porter was the first) He also posted the fastest Wipeout Zone time of Season 6.

• Shawn Bekir was the third to cross Blockbuster on his first attempt. (Dillan Porter and Joshua Lee were the first and second)
• David Craig was the ninth to clear the Space Pod of Doom on his first attempt. (Thomas Martin, Dustin Schmidt, Shelley Keller, Jeremy Roemer, Joshua Olsen, Rory Lamb, David Tamayo, and Joshua Lee were the others)
• Other contestants include 'Horse Nurse' Jeanette Maner and 'Colon Cleanser' Paula Shlue.
