Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Limited (Chinese: 會德豐地產(新加坡)有限公司) (SGX: M35), formerly Marco Polo Developments Limited (Chinese: 馬哥孛羅發展有限公司), engages in property development and investment in Singapore.[1] Its development properties are Grange Residences, The Sea View, The Cosmopolitan, Ardmore Park, Ardmore II, Scotts Square, Orchard View and Ardmore 3, and its investment property is Wheelock Place.[2]
