Wengert is a surname:

  • Don Wengert (Donald Paul Wengert; b. 1969), a former professional baseball pitcher;
  • Nina Wengert (b. 1984), a German rower;
  • Norman Wengert (Norman Irving Wengert; 1916–2001), was an American political scientist who wrote about the politics of natural resources, advanced a seminal theory of the "politics of getting", and had a number of significant roles in his public and academic career;
  • Paul Wengert (b. 1952), is Mayor of Augsburg in the state of Bavaria in Germany since May 1, 2002.
