Vincent Lambert

Vincent Lambert (20 September 1976 in Châteauroux – 11 July 2019) was a French nurse who was a central case in the Right to Die movement in France. He was a quadriplegic man who fell into a persistent vegetative state in 2008 after being involved in a road accident. After a very long fight between two opposed sides of his family, the courts eventually allowed him to die through starvation.[1]
