Veer Tejaji

Veer Tejaji is a 1982 epic fantasy Rajasthani language film based on the life of Tejaji, written and directed by Nawal Mathur and produced by Ramraj Nahta. Starring Rameshwari, Deepak Seth and Nilu, It shows the life of Jats, Meenas and Gujars and their position in the society in eleventh century. Deepak Seth has played role of Tejaji and Rameshwari as Pemal, the wife of Tejaji. The film was dubbed in Punjabi language also. The film was a big commercial success in its time and gave a significant fillip to the Rajasthani film industry. [1]

In real life, Punjabi actor Deepak Seth and Telugu actress Rameshwari are married to each other. They have two sons together. Both husband and wife started producing Punjabi films in 2007.[2]
