Vangjel Dule

Vangjel Dule (Ευάγγελος Δούλες/Evangelos Doules; born in 1968 in Gjirokastër)[1] is a representative of the Greek minority in Albania.[2] He is from 2002 the chairman of the Unity for Human Rights Party, which represents the Greek communities in the Albanian parliament.

Dule is a graduate of the University of Tirana where he studied English language. He is from 2001 a member of the Albanian government for Vlore County.[1] In 2002–2006, as well as in 2007–2010, Dule was a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.[3]
