History

It was established in 1961, making the school become the first secondary school established by Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, the oldest and largest charitable organization in Hong Kong. It was initially named as Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Number One School upon the school's foundation in 1961. It was then bestowed the current name after Wong Fut-nam donated HK$500,000 in autumn 1971.

Extra-curricular Activities

In 2017, the group operated a two-weeks Joint-School trip for students to engage in English learning environment in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The school is also famous for its both boys and girls athletic team which is in division one of Inter-school Sports Competition[1]
