Trond Helgesen
Trond Marius Helgesen (born 28 December 1967) is a retired Norwegian football defender.

He made his debut for Sogndal in 1989, and played there until joining Hødd in 1995. After the 1998 season he retired,[1] doing a brief comeback in the latter half of 2000 for Sogndalsfjøra-based minnows Fjøra.[2][3]
