The Incorruptibles is a 2014 fantasy novel by American author, John Hornor Jacobs. It concerns two mercenaries, Shoestring, a half-dwarf/human, and Fisk, a human, who are employed to guard a nobleman and his family as they journey along a river by paddleboat.

Reception

James Lovegrove, writing in the Financial Times, commended Jacobs' ability to "blend() cowboys, the Roman empire and high fantasy";[1] while the Arkansas Timespraised his "wholly original and deeply imaginative voice."[2]
