Thakur Prasad

Thakur Prasad was a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party from Bihar. He was a cabinet minister in Karpoori Thakur ministry in 1977. He was the president of Bihar state unit of Bharatiya Jan Sangh . He was the father of Ravi Shankar Prasad,the current Minister For Law and Justice of India and Anuradha Prasad, editor in chief of News 24 (India). He was a senior advocate at Patna High Court.[1] He was a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly from Patna West constituency from 1977 to 1980.[2] Thakur Prasad also has a popular Hindi calendar [3]
