TL Ventures Inc.[1][2][3] is an American national venture capital firm with headquarters in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Since 1988 it has invested in over 200 companies. TL Ventures was founded by Bob Keith and Mark DeNino and has offices in Pennsylvania, Austin, and Los Angeles. It provides product and market development support to its portfolio companies.[4][5][6]

History

Founded in 1988, TL Venture has been engaged in venture capital since its foundation, investing in biotechnology, communications, information technology and computer software and services start-up companies. It has helped firms in the asset management arena launch their business, including EnerTech Capital,[7] Hamilton Lane, Internet Capital Group (now Actua Corporation), Fidelcor Capital, Peak 6 and Penn Mezzanine.
