Career

He made his film debut with Seethakaathi (2018) where he played the antagonist named Dhanapal, an actor and a producer.[1] Sunil received acclaim for his portrayal of the role. The Times of India stated that he made "an impressive debut" while India Today wrote that "Sunil Reddy ... could be one of the best finds of 2018. You need to be an excellent actor to act as a bad actor on screen, and Sunil aces it and makes us laugh throughout the film".[2][3] Lokesh Kanagaraj offered him a role in Master after seeing his work in Seethakaathi.[4]

Personal life

His father Kodandarami Reddy is a director in Telugu cinema while his younger brother Vaibhav is an actor in Tamil cinema. Before venturing into acting Sunil was in the real estate business. Although he aspired to become a director, he became a actor.[4]
