Streamlabs

Streamlabs, founded in 2014, is a live streaming software service[2][3] owned by Logitech.[4][5] The company has offices in San Francisco and Vancouver,[6] and was purchased for $89 million on September 26, 2019.[5] The service integrates tools such as Open Broadcaster Software, a way to manage chat, on-screen visuals for stream viewer interactions, and a method for the streamer to collect tip donations.[2] Streamlabs distributes their users’ content over platforms such as Twitch, YouTube Live, Microsoft Mixer, and Facebook Live.[5][7]
