The wingspan is about 15 mm. The forewings are greyish white with the plical and second discal stigmata small and blackish. There is an irregular-edged patch of grey suffusion extending along the dorsum from about one-fourth to three-fourths, and nearly reaching the middle of the wing. A grey shade is obliquely excurved from the costa at two-thirds to the tornus, the space between this and the termen irrorated grey. There is a marginal series of black dots around the posterior part of the costa and termen. The hindwings are whitish grey.[2]
