Garbin made her debut in the Super Netball league in the 2018 season, having been recruited from Western Australia as a training partner for the West Coast Fever and coming off a player of the year title in the Australian Netball League.[1] She has represented Western Australia and Australia at under 21/20 and under 17 level on multiple occasions.[1] Garbin's emergence has attracted praise from a number of netball experts, one of whom (Swifts coach Briony Akle) has labelled her "the next Australian shooter".[2][3] Garbin later signed a contract extension with the Swifts through to the end of the 2020 season.[4]
