Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra is a trust set up to construct a Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh by the Government of India. The trust has 15 trustees.[3][4]

It was created as per the verdict of the Supreme Court of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally announced the trust's formation in The Lok Sabha on 5 February 2020.[5][6]

Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra has been registered with its registered office at R-20, Greater Kailash Part -1, New Delhi, 110048. It has its camp office at Ram Kachehri Charo Dham Mandir, Ramkot Ayodhya – 224123.[7] It was given the 2.77 acre (previously disputed) land as well as the 67.703 acre land acquired under the Acquisition of Certain Area at Ayodhya Act, 1993.[8]

The trust is led by Mahant Nrityagopal Das.[9] Former Solicitor General of India and lawyer K. Parasaran is also a member of the trust, Initially, the trust was led by him.
