Shinya Hoshido (寶示戸 進哉, Hōshido Shin'ya, born October 4, 1978) is a former Japanese football player.

Playing career
Hoshido was born in Saitama Prefecture on October 4, 1978. After graduating from high school, he joined J1 League club Júbilo Iwata in 1997. On March 19, he debuted against Avispa Fukuoka in 1997 J.League Cup. However he could only play this match in the club which many Japan national team players played and he left the club end of 1998 season. After 2 years blank, he joined J2 League club Ventforet Kofu. He played many matches as substitute forward in 2001. However he could not play at all in the match in 2002 and retired in June 2002.
