Shepody Healing Centre
Shepody Healing Centre is a multi-level security facility in Dorchester, New Brunswick catering for male offenders and one of five regional treatment centres operated by the Correctional Service Canada (CSC). The Centre also provides in-patient, out-patient emergency and consultative services to other facilities in the Atlantic Region.
The centre was established in 2001 has two 20 bed psychiatric units, and 10 transition beds with a maximum capacity of 50. It shares a property with Dorchester Penitentiary and Westmorland Institution.
