Shahid Abdur Rab Serniabat Textile Engineering College is an engineering college located at Barisal, Bangladesh which is affiliated by the Bangladesh University of Textiles.[3] It is one of the six textile engineering colleges which are directly controlled by Ministry of Textiles & Jute, Bangladesh.

History

This institute was launched in the name of the Institute of Textile of district of Barisal In 1980.

Hostel facilities

College have good quality accommodation for students. Separate hostels for male and female students. For male students there are about 200 seats and for female, around 150.
